Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Wipzu collects, why, and how it is used. Wipzu is operated by an individual and is not a registered company. We keep data collection minimal by design.

What we collect

Wipzu does not require registration and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

• Server logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard request data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used for security and performance monitoring. We do not use them to identify individual users.
• Recently Played (local storage): If you play a game, we save the game's ID in your browser's localStorage so we can show your recently played list on your next visit. This data is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.

Advertising

Wipzu may display ads provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to show relevant ads based on your browsing behaviour. You can manage ad preferences through your browser settings.

Third-party games

Games on Wipzu are embedded from third-party developers and hosts. When you play a game, your browser connects directly to that game's server. Wipzu has no control over what data those servers collect. The privacy policy of the game's original host applies when you play their content — not this policy.

Other third-party services

• Google Fonts: Loads the Nunito typeface from Google's CDN. Google may log font requests including your IP address.
• Cloudflare: Provides hosting and DDoS protection. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

Wipzu may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used. These tools may set cookies or collect data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Third-party services embedded on the site — including game iframes and advertising networks — may also set their own cookies, which are outside our control. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

Children

Wipzu is intended for users aged 13 and over (16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from younger users. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days. If you are in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA and we will respond within 45 days.

Since Wipzu collects very little personal data and none that can typically identify individual users, most requests will be straightforward to fulfil.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
